Rain Oil Lamps service is top class. The shipment was securely packaged and arrived exactly when expected. I hired a handyman to install the pump. He was impressed with the quality of the pump. The pump aligned almost perfectly with the original Little Giant Pump Company pump from Oklahoma City. There was alight difference in the angle of the hose attachment but the flexible connections were secured with the clamp included. He also mentioned the lamp oil weight and density was perfect.
The only problem we encountered was some of the top holes to the wires seemed to be plugged. He used a t-pin to open them. Unfortunately they still drip slowly if at all. Do you also sell replacement soldered wires? Any tips on replacing the light bulb if that ever becomes necessary?
The new pump is a definite process improvement and runs very quietly. Your follow-up for feedback expresses concerns and special effort to create happy satisfied customers.
